Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor mission-critical aerospace systems to ensure operational integrity and safety during space missions.
- Collaborate with engineers, flight controllers, and technical teams to coordinate mission planning and execution.
- Perform systems diagnostics and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports related to mission status, equipment functionality, and operational procedures.
- Implement standard operating procedures and contribute to the development of process improvements ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Support mission simulations and training activities to enhance team readiness and operational excellence.
- Act as a liaison between interdisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace operations or space mission control is essential.
- Strong technical proficiency in systems monitoring, diagnostics, and project management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills that support mission success.
- Effective communication abilities to coordinate across diverse technical teams.
- Preferred: Certification or experience with space operation control software and systems.
- Preferred: Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in aerospace environments.
