Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Youth Worker include:
- Assisting with organizing community youth programs and events under supervision.
- Engaging respectfully with youth participants to support positive interactions.

- Supporting team members with basic tasks to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Listening carefully and communicating clearly with both youth and supervisors as part of your daily role.
Qualifications:
- Age 14 or older, legally allowed to work in Canada with required permits.
- Strong communication skills to interact kindly with youth and team members.
- Reliability and enthusiasm to show up on time and contribute positively.
- Basic literacy skills to understand instructions and complete simple tasks.
- A willingness to learn, follow safety guidelines, and work as part of a team.
