Responsibilities
- Oversee daily management and operational activities of residential properties, ensuring all units are well-maintained and compliant with company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive tenant relations as a dedicated Property Management Specialist.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs promptly by liaising with contractors and internal teams to maintain building standards and safety.
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and tenant onboarding processes with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Utilize property management software and MS Office Suite for accurate reporting, rent collection, and record-keeping to support streamlined operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management, preferably within residential real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on tenant relations and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio, along with advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Knowledge of property maintenance coordination and relevant landlord-tenant laws.
