- Proficiency in mining design software including Surpac, AutoCAD, and other relevant geological applications.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in coal mining engineering within Canada, demonstrating solid knowledge of local mining regulations.
- Strong project management skills with experience overseeing multi-stakeholder engineering operations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
