- Provide exceptional customer service as a welcoming and knowledgeable Store Associate to all Sweet Frog guests.
- Manage inventory including restocking and organizing products to maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
- Operate the POS system efficiently handling cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in product sales by communicating promotions and product details clearly to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and maintain a positive atmosphere within the store.
- Support store opening and closing procedures under supervision as a reliable Store Associate.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service demonstrating strong interpersonal skills suitable for the Store Associate position.
- Proficiency using POS systems and ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to manage inventory and perform stock replenishment efficiently.
