  • Maintain, organize, and update trial documentation, including regulatory binders, trial master files, and electronic data capture systems.

Qualifications

  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field.
    • Clinical Research Associate certification or equivalent clinical research experience.
    • Proven experience monitoring clinical trials within compliance to ICH-GCP and FDA regulations.
    • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory compliance, and data integrity standards.
    • Experience working with electronic data capture (EDC) software and managing clinical trial documentation.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Background in oncology trials or other therapeutic areas relevant to Syneos Health’s portfolio.
    • Familiarity with project coordination and multi-site clinical trial management.
    • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Experience with remote monitoring and virtual clinical trial technologies.
