Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Natural Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience coordinating environmental programs, preferably within nonprofit or governmental organizations.
  • Proficiency in environmental data analysis and interpretation to support program monitoring.
  • Strong command of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience with community outreach, partnership management, and public engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in grant writing considered an asset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
