Key Responsibilities of the Boba Shop Team Member:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including workstations and customer areas, following food safety protocols.
- Handle cash, process payments efficiently, and manage orders using point-of-sale systems with accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications for the Boba Shop Team Member role:
- Must-have: Proven customer service experience, ideally in a retail or food service setting.
- Must-have: Basic barista skills or the ability to learn beverage preparation quickly and accurately.
- Must-have: Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
- Preferred: Previous experience working with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
