What Workvella offers
Workvella publishes remote job listings and informational guides about remote work in Canada. Many listings are imported from third-party job sources and link to the employer’s original posting. Workvella is not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency for the jobs listed, is not a party to any employment or contractor relationship, and does not guarantee that any job is available, accurately described or will lead to an interview or offer.
Job listings and third-party sites
- Listings are provided for information. Check every employer and offer yourself before you share personal information or accept a position.
- Links to employers, job sources and other websites lead to sites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.
- We may remove or edit listings at any time, for example when a listing has expired, is incomplete or is reported as suspicious.
- Workvella never charges job seekers to apply for listed jobs. Treat any request for payment in connection with a job as a likely scam, and tell us.
Guides are general information
Our guides are written carefully and dated, but they are general information, not legal, tax, financial or career advice for your individual situation. Pay figures, laws, tax rules and platform rules change. Check official sources, such as the Canada Revenue Agency, Job Bank or your provincial government, and consult a qualified professional before making decisions that depend on them.
Accounts
If you create an account, give accurate information, keep your password secure and tell us about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for the content you add, such as profiles, résumés and job postings. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.
Rules for employers posting jobs
- Post only real, currently open positions that you are authorized to fill.
- Describe the job, pay and requirements accurately and lawfully, including human rights and employment standards legislation and any job-posting rules of your province.
- Never ask applicants for payment, and never use listings to collect personal information for other purposes.

Our content
The guides, design, logo, photographs and other original content on Workvella are protected by copyright. You may share links and short quotes with attribution. Job listing texts belong to the employers or job sources that published them.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, Workvella makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness or availability of the site or the listings, and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your dealings with employers, job sources or other third parties found through the site.
