- Oversee tempering processes, ensuring precise temperature control for optimal texture and appearance, crucial for all chocolatier jobs.
- Maintain strict quality control and food safety compliance consistent with company and Canadian industry regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and innovate product lines, contributing creative input as a dedicated Chocolatier.

Qualifications & Skills:
