Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with tech candidates to evaluate their skills, goals, and job fit as a Technical Career Consultant, ensuring tailored career advice that advances connect tech careers.
- Develop and manage recruitment strategies targeting Canadian tech professionals, consistently sourcing and screening talent relevant to client needs.
- Provide ongoing career consultancy and guidance, facilitating candidate progression and successful placement in roles aligned with their aspirations within the tech industry.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience also considered.
- Proven experience in tech recruitment or career consulting, demonstrating success in helping candidates and clients achieve optimal job matches.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for building relationships and advancing connect tech careers within Canadian tech sectors.
- Proficiency with HR software, including ATS platforms and candidate management tools, to streamline hiring workflows and maintain up-to-date talent pipelines.
