Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to specific roles to meet Gulfstar Group’s hiring goals as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to identify workforce needs, ensuring efficient candidate sourcing and selection.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and prepare recruitment metrics reports to continuously improve hiring performance.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by networking and developing relationships with industry professionals and educational institutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
- Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within corporate or tech sectors.
- Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills facilitating effective collaboration and candidate engagement.
- HR certification such as CHRP, CHRL, or equivalent is highly preferred.
