  • Collaborate with the product and support teams to identify common challenges faced by those looking for a job online, offering feedback to enhance platform usability.
  • Deliver timely customer service via virtual channels and email, resolving queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage workload efficiently while supporting multiple candidates remotely, maintaining excellent time management.
  • Create and update helpful resources and tutorials aimed at improving the job search process for platform users.

Qualifications

  • Strong digital literacy with familiarity in online job portals, ATS basics, and digital recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain digital job search concepts and engage with candidates effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive and resourceful approach.
  • Experience in customer service or client support roles, preferably in a remote work setting.
  • Time management skills essential to balance assistance requests and platform engagement.
