- Deliver timely customer service via virtual channels and email, resolving queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage workload efficiently while supporting multiple candidates remotely, maintaining excellent time management.
- Create and update helpful resources and tutorials aimed at improving the job search process for platform users.
Qualifications
- Strong digital literacy with familiarity in online job portals, ATS basics, and digital recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain digital job search concepts and engage with candidates effectively.
