- Experience using moderation software such as Zendesk, Khoros, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong conflict resolution abilities, with a calm and diplomatic approach.
- Familiarity with online community management and best practices for engagement and moderation.
- Basic technical aptitude, comfortable learning new tools and working in digital environments.
