Qualifications:
To excel as a Pet Cremation Specialist within our network, candidates must demonstrate strong empathy and excellent technical skills, especially with cremation machinery. Customer service and meticulous record keeping are essential to support sensitive client interactions and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to operate cremation equipment or related technical systems; certification in pet cremation or similar field is a strong asset.
- Exceptional empathy and interpersonal skills to offer comfort and professionalism during emotionally difficult moments.
- Experience managing detailed documentation and records accurately and confidentially.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations concerning cremation practices.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred, especially in the pet care or animal services industry.
