Responsibilities

Qualifications
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in Real Estate, Construction, Surveying, or a related field is preferred for the Real Estate Field Inspector role.
- Proven experience in property inspection, real estate compliance, or related inspection fields within Canada.
- Strong familiarity with Canadian local property codes, zoning regulations, and real estate compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear, professional reports and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with digital inspection tools, mobile apps, and Microsoft Office suite to document and analyze inspection data.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.
