Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day project activities ensuring milestones and deadlines are met as a remote project coordinator.
  • Maintain comprehensive project tracking using scheduling tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello to provide real-time updates.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes to support efficient project workflows and follow-ups.
  • Generate regular status reports and dashboards to inform management of project progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with remote teams to identify potential bottlenecks and recommend solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure compliance with established project management processes and standards while adapting to the needs of remote coordination.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a remote project coordinator or similar project management role, ideally within a technology or software environment.
  • Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with remote teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, deadlines, and deliverables in a remote work context.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada is essential.
