Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on complex tax matters to clients and internal teams as a Tax Attorney
- Ensure compliance with Canadian tax regulations and proactively monitor updates impacting the firm’s operations

Qualifications
- Law degree with a specialization or strong focus on tax law is mandatory
- Licensed attorney in good standing with at least 3+ years of professional experience in tax-related legal roles
- Proficiency in tax research and compliance software such as Thomson Reuters or LexisNexis
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex tax regulations and apply solutions
- Demonstrated experience in contract review, tax compliance, and dispute resolution procedures
