Key Responsibilities

  • Lead seamless client onboarding experiences by coordinating processes and training to ensure successful platform adoption.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies that improve satisfaction and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to align customer goals and optimize service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on customer health metrics, usage patterns, and feedback to guide continuous improvement.
  • Utilize CRM software and SaaS tools to manage customer information and track interactions effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and foster strong relationships.
  • Support project management activities related to client success initiatives and internal process enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

Candidates should possess at minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, communications, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years in a customer success, account management, or related client-facing role is expected. Demonstrated proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is essential. Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with proven problem-solving capabilities and a strong aptitude for data analysis. Familiarity with SaaS platforms and project management tools is highly valued. Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities efficiently, and drive cross-functional collaboration completes the ideal profile.
