YouTube Content Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize video content strategies for the company’s youtube channel to increase visibility and engagement.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the youtube channel, including content scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality video assets tailored for digital audiences.
- Analyze performance metrics using analytics tools and YouTube Studio to inform continuous content improvements.
- Implement video SEO best practices to enhance organic reach and subscriber growth.
- Monitor trends within digital marketing and the youtube platform to keep content competitive and relevant.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and copyright regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in youtube content management or digital media roles with a strong grasp of video SEO and content strategy.
- Proficiency with YouTube Studio and analytics tools to track performance and optimize content.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- A degree or certification in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working within Canadian markets or with Canadian audiences is an asset.
