Bot Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain automated bots to ensure smooth daily functionality aligned with Workvella’s business objectives.
- Analyze bot performance metrics and troubleshoot issues promptly to optimize system reliability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and operations teams to develop and implement improvements in bot workflows and processes.
- Lead efforts in bot management by refining task automation and enhancing existing RPA and AI integrations.
- Document bot operations, incidents, and resolutions to maintain knowledge base and compliance standards.
- Stay current with emerging automation technologies and recommend strategic upgrades aligned with bot jobs market trends.
- Support the training of junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing to strengthen team expertise in bot jobs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Bot Operations Specialist or in similar bot jobs, involving bot management and automation tasks.
- Hands-on proficiency with automation and AI tools, including RPA platforms and Python scripting for process optimization.
- Strong skills in data analysis and problem-solving to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
- Experience with bot-related software environments and tools, ensuring stability and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to document procedures clearly and work effectively with cross-departmental teams.
