- Facilitate training sessions and exercises using remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Public Safety, or a related field is required.
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) designation or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in emergency management, disaster preparedness, or crisis communication roles.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and cloud-based project management software.
- Strong knowledge of incident command systems (ICS) and emergency operations centers (EOC) functionality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively in a remote work environment.
