  • Facilitate training sessions and exercises using remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Monitor emergency response protocols and provide post-event evaluations, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with government agencies and community partners remotely to support integrated emergency planning efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Public Safety, or a related field is required.
  • Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) designation or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in emergency management, disaster preparedness, or crisis communication roles.
  • Proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and cloud-based project management software.
  • Strong knowledge of incident command systems (ICS) and emergency operations centers (EOC) functionality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively in a remote work environment.
