Key Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and engage qualified healthcare candidates aligned with hummingbird healthcare careers initiatives.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates’ technical and interpersonal qualifications.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and internal teams to understand staffing needs and craft targeted recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update candidate databases using applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within Canadian healthcare recruitment standards and regulations.
- Proficiency with ATS software and recruitment technology platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities to engage diverse healthcare professionals.
- Empathy and a genuine commitment to creating positive candidate experiences aligned with WorkVella’s values.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry terminology and workforce challenges is highly advantageous.
