Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly and warmly, providing a welcoming dining experience aligned with Korean BBQ dining customs.
- Explain menu items and cooking methods clearly, guiding guests through the interactive Korean BBQ meal process.
- Deliver orders accurately and ensure table maintenance, including timely clearing and resetting.
- Assist with grill operation instructions as needed to enhance guest satisfaction and safety.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to facilitate smooth service and quick problem resolutions.
- Manage POS transactions accurately, handling payments and receipts efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards throughout all service activities.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with exposure to table-service dining.
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification before or shortly after hiring.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, able to engage guests clearly and professionally.
- Teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate in a busy dining setting.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Multitasking ability to balance guest needs, order accuracy, and dining floor conditions.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
