Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager at lucas construction
- Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and budgets using MS Project and other relevant software.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Lead and motivate project teams through effective leadership and resource planning to achieve project goals.

- Utilize CAD software to review and validate construction drawings and plans as needed.
Qualifications for Project Manager at lucas construction
- Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing construction projects in Canada, preferably within the commercial or residential sectors.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management accreditation is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Project and CAD software.
