Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in accordance with established protocols at Texas Children’s Pediatrics Post Oak.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, clinical observations, and documentation to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with pediatricians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
