  • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to assess workforce needs and implement effective recruitment campaigns during tmh hiring phases.
  • Utilize HR software platforms such as Workday and BambooHR to track candidate progress and streamline onboarding processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance to foster a positive and productive workplace for all team members.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Talent Management Specialist or similar HR role within a technology-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with HR software systems including Workday and BambooHR, with a strong understanding of performance management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement employee engagement initiatives that support organizational culture.
