- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance to foster a positive and productive workplace for all team members.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Talent Management Specialist or similar HR role within a technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency with HR software systems including Workday and BambooHR, with a strong understanding of performance management tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement employee engagement initiatives that support organizational culture.
