Pastor for upci churches needing pastors

Responsibilities
- Lead worship services and deliver compelling sermons that align with UPCI doctrine.
- Provide pastoral care, counseling, and support to congregants in need.

- Coordinate church activities, volunteer teams, and ministry events with compassion and organization.
- Guide spiritual growth through teaching Bible studies and discipleship initiatives.
- Collaborate with church leadership to build a welcoming and inclusive fellowship.
- Ensure administrative responsibilities and church records are accurately maintained.
Qualifications
- Formal theological education or equivalent pastoral training recognized within UPCI.
- Proven experience in pastoral leadership and congregational ministry.
