Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor UPI transactions ensuring timely and accurate processing as part of your core upi jobs duties as a UPI Specialist.
- Ensure compliance with UPI protocols and regulatory standards to safeguard the integrity of payment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UPI payment failures and system discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize UPI integration and uplift transaction performance.
- Provide responsive customer support to address UPI-related inquiries and resolve transaction disputes effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive records and generate reports on UPI transaction metrics to support business analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in UPI guidelines to proactively adjust operational practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field is preferred for upi jobs candidates pursuing the UPI Specialist position.
- Proven experience with UPI transaction management, payment gateways, and familiarity with UPI protocol standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and independently.
- Excellent communication skills to support customer interactions and liaise with technical teams.
- Detail-oriented approach with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements tied to digital payments.
