- Continuously improve recruitment processes and support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within tech-driven or startup environments.
- Proficiency with ATS software and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with candidates and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and employer branding activities.
- Familiarity with Canadian labor laws and hiring standards is an asset.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
